Delivery Timings

Exact timing depends on your location and may be adjusted during holidays or adverse weather.
Delivery Process
- You will receive a notification when your meal is out for delivery
- Track your delivery in real-time through the app
- Our delivery partner will call or ring at your door
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
Delivery Instructions
Add specific delivery instructions in the app, such as:
- Gate or security instructions
- Preferred contact method
- Leave at door preferences
- Landmark for easy location
Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you
- Meals left unattended may not be eligible for refund
- Report missed deliveries within 2 hours through the app
Delivery Charges
All subscription plans include FREE delivery (INR 0 delivery charges).
Packaging
- Meals are packed in food-grade, leak-proof containers
- Packaging is designed to maintain food temperature
- We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible
Weather & Emergency Delays
During severe weather or emergencies, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled. We will notify you of any such changes through the app and SMS.
