Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Remaining meals in your current period will be delivered as scheduled

Meal Skipping

  • Skip individual meals up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery
  • Skipped meals are credited back to your account
  • No charges apply for properly skipped meals

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Meals not delivered due to our fault
  • Quality issues reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect orders or missing items
  • Technical errors resulting in double payment

Refund Process

  • Report issues through the app or contact support
  • Provide photos for quality-related complaints
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Meals not consumed within recommended time
  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address or unavailability
  • Personal taste preferences not matching expectations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the Subzy app
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Select the affected order
  4. Tap "Report Issue" and follow the prompts
  5. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Pro-rata Refunds

For subscription cancellations due to service unavailability in your area or other service-related issues, we will provide pro-rata refunds for unused meals.
