Description of Service

Subzy provides a meal subscription service that delivers freshly prepared meals to your doorstep based on your chosen plan and preferences.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Subscription Terms

Plans

We offer various subscription plans including daily, weekly, and monthly options. Plan details, pricing, and meal options are displayed in the app.

Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes
Payment methods accepted include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking

Modifications and Cancellations

You can skip meals up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery
Plan modifications take effect from the next billing cycle
Cancellation can be done anytime through the app

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary
You must provide accurate delivery address and instructions
We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Food Safety

All our partner kitchens are FSSAI licensed. Consume meals within the recommended time for best quality and safety.

Limitation of Liability

Subzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Subzy platform belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
